Would you say that ethically speaking in some vampire laws(among the vampire society) , it’s forbidden for a vampire to allow the birth of a hybrid to take place? Why or why not?

I never seen a movie where a holy symbol from another religion has repelled a Vampire only crucifix’s for some reason, why is that?
